Providing your mobile number is optional. If you enter it at our check-in kiosk, we use it to send transactional service texts: order-ready pickup alerts, waitlist "your spot is ready" alerts, and an end-of-visit payment receipt link.

Message frequency is approximately 1–3 messages per visit. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
We share your number only with our SMS delivery provider (Twilio) solely to send these messages on our behalf. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We share personal information only with service providers who help us operate — our payment processor (Stripe) and our SMS provider (Twilio) — and only as needed to provide the service, or where required by law. We never sell your personal information.
We keep records only as long as needed to run the business and meet legal obligations, and we use reasonable measures to protect your information.
